شروط استخدام Mix PDF

باستخدام تطبيق Mix PDF، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط عند استخدام التطبيق وميزات النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة المتاحة فيه.
1. استخدام التطبيق
تستخدم Mix PDF بطريقة قانونية وبما لا يضر بالتطبيق أو أجهزة الآخرين أو الخدمات المرتبطة به.
2. مسؤولية الملفات
أنت مسؤول عن ملفات PDF والمحتوى الذي تختاره أو تنتجه، وعن امتلاك الحقوق اللازمة لاستخدامه. لا يتحمل Mix PDF مسؤولية المحتوى الذي يضيفه المستخدم أو حقوق الغير المتعلقة به.
3. النسخ الاحتياطي إلى Google Drive
عند اختيار النسخ الاحتياطي أو الاستعادة عبر Google Drive، قد تحتاج إلى تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google والموافقة على الصلاحيات المطلوبة لهذه الميزة. تخضع استخدامات Google Drive أيضًا لشروط وسياسات Google السارية.
4. توفر الخدمة والتحديثات
قد يتم تحديث التطبيق أو إصلاح الأخطاء أو تغيير بعض الميزات. قد تتوقف بعض الوظائف مؤقتًا بسبب الصيانة أو المشكلات الفنية أو التغييرات في خدمات الطرف الثالث.
5. الملفات والنسخ الاحتياطية

6. الملكية الفكرية

By using Mix PDF, you agree to these terms when using the app and its available backup and restore features.
1. Use of the app
You must use Mix PDF lawfully and in a way that does not harm the app, other people's devices, or connected services.
2. Responsibility for files
You are responsible for the PDF files and content you select or create, and for having the necessary rights to use them. Mix PDF is not responsible for user-provided content or third-party rights associated with it.
3. Google Drive backup
When you choose Google Drive backup or restore, you may need to sign in with a Google account and approve the permissions required for that feature. Use of Google Drive is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
4. Availability and updates
The app may be updated, corrected, or have features changed. Some functions may become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, or changes to third-party services.
5. Files and backups
You are responsible for keeping additional backups of important files. Mix PDF provides backup functionality to help with restoration, but we do not guarantee that data loss or corruption can never occur.
6. Intellectual property
Rights in the Mix PDF app, interface, and brand, excluding user-provided content, belong to the app owner or applicable rights holders.
7. Third-party services
Some features may depend on third-party services such as Google Sign-In and Google Drive. Availability of those services is subject to their providers.
