1. البيانات والملفات التي يعالجها التطبيق
ملفات PDF وبيانات التطبيق المحلية: قد يعالج التطبيق ملفات PDF التي تختارها، وقاعدة بيانات التطبيق المحلية، وبعض إعدادات التطبيق اللازمة لتشغيل وظائفه. تُحفظ هذه البيانات محليًا على جهازك ما لم تستخدم ميزة النسخ الاحتياطي إلى Google Drive.

2. ماذا يتضمن النسخ الاحتياطي؟
يقوم Mix PDF بإنشاء ملف نسخ احتياطي باسم MixBusiness_Cloud_Backup.json. يمكن أن يحتوي الملف على نسخة من قاعدة بيانات التطبيق وإعدادات التطبيق المحلية التي تدخلها أو ينشئها التطبيق. لذلك قد يحتوي النسخ الاحتياطي على بيانات موجودة في قاعدة بيانات التطبيق بحسب طريقة استخدامك له.
3. كيف تُستخدم البيانات؟
تُستخدم البيانات لتشغيل وظائف التطبيق، إنشاء واستعادة النسخ الاحتياطية، حفظ الإعدادات المحلية، ومعالجة الأعطال أو طلبات الدعم عند الضرورة. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نستخدم محتوى ملفاتك لأغراض إعلانية مستقلة عن الوظائف التي طلبتها.
4. Google Drive وبيانات Google
عند استخدام Google Drive، يتعامل Mix PDF مع ملف النسخة الاحتياطية الخاص به لإنشائه أو تحديثه أو استعادته. لا يطلب التطبيق صلاحية عامة لقراءة جميع ملفات Drive. يتم الوصول إلى Google فقط بعد أن تبدأ أنت عملية النسخ الاحتياطي أو الاستعادة.
5. مشاركة البيانات مع جهات أخرى
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. قد تتم معالجة بعض البيانات من خلال مزودي خدمات تقنيين يعتمد عليهم التطبيق أو المنصة، عند الحاجة لتشغيل الوظيفة المطلوبة. ولا تتم مشاركة ملفاتك أو بياناتك مع أطراف أخرى لمجرد استخدام التطبيق المحلي. قد نفصح عن بيانات عند وجود التزام قانوني بذلك.
6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والحذف
البيانات المحلية وملفات PDF الموجودة على جهازك تظل تحت سيطرتك ويمكنك حذفها من جهازك. ويمكنك أيضًا حذف ملف النسخ الاحتياطي من Google Drive من حسابك. لطلبات حذف بيانات قد تكون مرتبطة بدعمنا أو بخدماتنا، تواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أدناه.
7. الأمان

Mix PDF Privacy Policy

Mix PDF respects your privacy. This policy explains what the app may process when you use its features, including PDF files and backup or restore through Google Drive.
1. Data and files processed by the app
PDF files and local app data: The app may process PDF files you select, the app's local database, and certain local settings needed to operate its features. This information remains on your device unless you choose to use Google Drive backup.
Google data when using backup: When you choose Google Drive backup or restore, Google account sign-in is opened. The app uses a limited permission to work with the backup file it creates or uses, rather than general access to all files in your Google Drive.
2. What does the backup contain?
Mix PDF creates a backup file named MixBusiness_Cloud_Backup.json. The file can contain a copy of the app database and local app settings that you enter or that the app creates. Therefore, the backup may contain information stored in the app database depending on how you use the app.
3. How data is used
Data is used to operate app features, create and restore backups, keep local settings, and handle crashes or support requests when necessary. We do not sell personal data or use the contents of your files for advertising unrelated to the features you requested.
4. Google Drive and Google data
When Google Drive is used, Mix PDF works with its backup file to create, update, or restore it. The app does not request general permission to read all Drive files. Google access occurs only after you start the backup or restore flow.
5. Sharing with others
We do not sell your personal data. Some data may be processed by technical service providers used to operate the requested feature or platform. Your files and app data are not shared with third parties simply because you use the local app. We may disclose information when legally required.
6. Data retention and deletion
Local data and PDF files on your device remain under your control and can be deleted from your device. You can also delete the backup file from your Google Drive account. For deletion requests involving support-related information handled by us, contact us using the email below.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to help protect information we process. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
8. Third-party services
The app may use Google services, including Google Sign-In and Google Drive, to provide backup and restore functionality. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children. If we learn that a child's data was collected inappropriately, we will take reasonable steps to address or delete it as required by applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app's features or data practices change. The last-updated date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
